script, i need
Login/Register
function
where people
can rate other
posts. Report
posts as spam.
Rate post like
Spikedhumor.com
if the post
gets to many -
its hidden
and they
advance in
levels as they
post.

at some point
you have to
transition
yourself from a
person who
reads
tutorials, to a
person who
understands the
articles.
Through the
tutorials you
should gain a
working concept
of the in's
and out's of
PHP, functions
to use and so
on. Use that
knowlege and
experiment
around a bit.
Start small,
and work big.
You've got to
crawl before
you can walk
type of thing.
Rating posts
should be quite
simple if you
think about it.
Take a stab at
it and we'll
be here to help
you along the
way.

Why can you use
any of the 1000
of them
available for
free. I would
say to use
phpbb but the
mods required
for what you
want mostly
have to be
added
manually.
SMF is cool and
offers most of
what you want.
And their mods
are added
through the
admin panel.
