Yes , it me again

My question this time is


I have an index page with a couple link on it and i want to link it to one page(run.php) This page has an iframe. How do you open just run.php with other page code Example: open services link and it opens run.php with the services page in the iframe

Then open contact us and it opens run.php with the contact page in the iframe.
