Not sure what section to ask this in.

Is it possible to store a image file on the users computer? For some reason every time I visit my site my banner has to reload, I've asked people who visit my site and they all say the same thing.

Can you use some type of cookie?

Coding is simply CST... Combining $hit Together. We make different $hit to run in unison correctly.

Technically it is saved on their computer in the temporary internet files folder. I would check the size of the image and look into reducing it perhaps. Maybe you can convert it to GIF or something? Also, you may consider pre-loading the image (with CSS?) and see how that works out. Just some thoughts...
