Misterhaan,
I like the new
layout, even
RSS Feeds
I'm curious
about your
thoughts on the
two logos. It
says Track 7 at
the top, and
again as a part
of the side
menu. Do you
feel this is
redundant?
Perhaps an
alternative:
Track 7 @ the
top and the guy
to the right,
or vice
versa?
I like the
rounded corners
as well. Have
you considered
rounded corners
on the tabs?
I have a
question- Does
the checkbox
work for human
verification on
your
registration
script? It
seems too
simple!
Good work man

i had also
thought having
the track7 logo
on there twice
is redundant,
but i'm not
sure what to do
about it. the
larger one is
set as the
<h1> for
the page, with
"track7&
quot; as the
alt text, so i
like that it
serves that
purpose (i use
an h1 tag for
the page
title). also
the larger one
is only on the
front page,
while every
page has the
punk guy and
the smaller
track7 logo.
when i was
doing the
rounded corners
i was
forgetting
it's possible
to round some
but not all
corners, so i
didn't try it
with the tabs
since i didn't
want the bottom
corners
rounded. i'll
probably give
it a shot now
that you
mention it
though.
as for the
please note
that the above
post is likely
made up in its
entirety. |

i rounded the
top corners of
the tabs, which
i think looks
pretty good
(thanks for the
suggestion!),
and i tried out
removing the
larger track7
logo and
replacing it
with a header
that says
please note
that the above
post is likely
made up in its
entirety. |

Hey Haan,
I really like
both changes.
To me, the side
menu looks like
a real menu
style window
that's embeded
within your
webpage. The
links / items
within appear
organized- The
larger logo
seemed to
extend the menu
beyond it's
means if that
makes any
sense.
Also, the
rounded corners
of the tabs
shows
consistency in
the design.
Good changes
for your site I
think. Good
work

Looks good! I
posted a reply
on your site,
and I like the
simplicity,
Ajax/JQuery and
that it's
designed for
mobile devices
first. That's
certainly the
way things are
trending. These
days it seems
fewer and fewer
people actually
use PC's.
Document your
progress, I'd
like to read
about it. Then
perhaps I can
follow your
lead and get
this place in
working order!
